People Insights Consulting was born out of a personal journey of resilience and transformation. After dedicating 30 years to a successful career in Human Resources, our founder faced an unexpected layoff that became a turning point. Experiencing firsthand the challenges of uncertainty, she delved into coaching and consulting, gaining a deeper understanding of the future of work. It was during this time that she recognized a gap in how businesses approach HR—focusing on immediate needs without preparing for the evolving workforce. 

This realization ignited her passion to create People Insights Consulting, with a mission to help small businesses navigate these challenges with foresight and strategy. The inspiration to start People Insights Consulting came from a pivotal client engagement that highlighted the impact of intuitive, tailored HR solutions. A chance encounter led to a project where our founder’s expertise in talent acquisition made a significant difference, helping a company hire and retain key talent for a critical contract. This success, combined with a lifelong dream of entrepreneurship, fueled the decision to launch the business. Today, People Insights Consulting is dedicated to empowering small businesses by aligning HR strategies with future goals, ensuring they are not just surviving but thriving in a competitive market.
